A perfect stop for lunch. The food was fantastic with local options. It was nice having the waterfall view while we ate. The bonus was how much we enjoyed the custom glass in the showroom. We ended up buying glassware we had been wanting but had never really found the perfect unique options like they had at Simon Pearce. The biggest issue we had was finding so many things we wanted to take home.

The glass blowing is from 10-2. They have some amazing pieces in their shop next to the restaurant. They also have a shop of seconds that didn’t make it to the showroom floor that are less expensive.

Stopped by for lunch after touring nearby Strafford. Great reco of friends of ours. Reservations recommended. Location is amazing - right next to a covered bridge and massive waterfalls. Food was great, the cocktails too. Of course we had to check out the glassblowing demo downstairs. Then shop around their beautiful glass store after.

This place is worth the hype (and the cost). Beautiful views, delicious dishes, and great drinks. We started with the VT cheddar soup. It is delicious on its own but we asked for bread to dip into it and it made it that much better. The baguette style bread was great. The (I think) rye style left a lot to be desired. Next up was our main courses: half roasted chicken and NY Strip steak. Both were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and, even when full, we couldn’t stop eating them. Even though we were beyond full, we ended with the pavlova for dessert since you rarely see that on a menu! Thankfully, it was as delicious as I remember and my friends loved it as well. Why the 4-stars for service? The waitress did almost forget to bring our bread and we asked for no walnuts on the dessert and it was served with them. None of us had an allergy so we were fine eating it. Otherwise she was great.

Dining at Simon Pearce Restaurant is a truly memorable experience, combining exceptional cuisine with a stunning riverside setting. Located in Quechee, Vermont, the restaurant overlooks the Ottauquechee River and a picturesque covered bridge, with views of the waterfall adding a serene backdrop to your meal. I was lucky to see the waterfall fully frozen over. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, with large windows offering breathtaking scenery year-round.

A great dining experience always begins with great service. Most appreciated was the perfect pace of our dining. Each course of our menu appeared at the absolute best moment, the sign of a true expert. The cheese plate was exceptional with excellent portions for the four of us. All of us enjoyed our next course of soup. Served at the perfect temperature and was beautifully savory as we looked out our beautiful view of the ice coated waterfalls. We all ordered separate entrees to match our individual taste and all were well received. Dessert and coffee was perfect and never rushed for a second. We had a memorable meal and recommend Simon Pierce to everyone.

Had a date night here while visiting for the weekend. It definitely lived up to the hype. The views were beautiful while we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The service was great and the atmosphere was very romantic. Didn't think we'd have room for desert but our meals were excellent that we opted to enjoy desert as well! Made sure to check out the glass as well which was so so pretty.
